Becca is a RYT200 certified with Yoga Alliance and enjoys teaching vinyasa flow and ashtanga yoga. She has experience teaching hot yoga, power yoga, yin, restorative, beginner and slow flow yoga. She enjoys the energy that yoga students bring into each class, and strives to bring them balance. Becca practiced many various types of yoga before becoming a teacher herself. Having taken many different styles of yoga, she tries to combine different aspects of each yoga style to create a unique experience for her students.
